Nadia is a biochemist with a background in method development and implementation. Her focus at Akadeum is scaling up manufacturing capabilities, improving product stability, putting in place quality control systems, training new members of the manufacturing team, and manufacturing inventory control. Before joining Akadeum, she worked at an early stage drug discovery and development company in the areas of scale-up and process implementation. She also has experience in analytical method development under GMP guidelines from her time at Fresenius Kabi. She holds a B.S. in biochemistry and chemistry from the University of Michigan—Dearborn and a Ph.D. in chemistry from Northwestern University.
