Akadeum Life Sciences is hosting a seminar titled “Microbubbles: A New Method of Cell Separation” at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF).
The enrichment and isolation of leukocyte population is critical to advancing research, and bench top cell separation has become an important part of many researchers’ daily workflow. In recent years, there has been a growing need for an alternative to immunomagnetic methods. Akadeum is introducing that alternative in our new microbubble technology.
This seminar will present an overview of our microbubble technology and its utility in the following: the isolation of mouse B cells, red blood cell cleanup of flow sorting samples, and in combination with magnetics for improved NK cell isolation.
Lunch is included.
Wednesday, June 12, 2019: 12:00–1:30 pm
UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay, Bakar Auditorium, HD 160
