- Prepare sample. Add biotinylated antibodies to your cells in a standard bag.
- Add microbubbles. Introduce streptavidin-coated microbubbles directly into the bag.
- Separate. Unwanted cells float to the top, leaving your cells of interest untouched.
- Retrieve. Weld the bag onto your existing system and harvest target cells.

Our kits work with standard lab supplies, apheresis product bags, cell culture bags, transfer bags, welders, tubing, and widely used closed-system platforms. No magnets, columns, or proprietary hardware are required.
We support integration with Rotea™, Sepax™, Cocoon™, Quantum™, Optia™, and MaxCyte instrumentation. Don’t see your system? Contact us—we may already be working on a protocol.
Microbubbles isolate or deplete cells without physical force or magnetic contact, resulting in faster workflows, higher cell viability, and untouched target cells. Scalability is not a concern as microbubbles can work at any volume, unlike magnetics.
Separations are complete in under an hour, even when processing tens of billions of cells, thanks to the rapid yet gentle nature of buoyant separation.
We currently offer kits for T Cell Isolation via negative selection (first at scale negative selection), CD3+ T Cell Depletion (for unedited T cell removal prior to formulation) and T Cell Selection, Activation and Expansion (positive selection). New kits are in development.
