Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

• Kits will ship via FedEx Priority Overnight or International Priority.
• Domestic Shipping & Handling fee is $85. International Shipping & Handling fee varies by location and can be determined by requesting a quote.
• Orders ship Monday-Thursday for US Domestic shipments. International shipments vary depending on destination.
• Kits ship on cold packs.
• Customer FedEx account number can be used upon request; customer will be charged a $20 handling fee, instead of the $85 shipping & handling fee.
• If shipments are lost in transit, Akadeum will file a claim with FedEx and reship the product.

Refunds/Returns

• Orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
• Akadeum will not grant refunds for orders, but will work with customers to troubleshoot issues.
